How to setup the portal from the back end, patient forms, consents etc - Management and Administration - OpenEMR Community

Is there a link to a how-to or tutorial for how to set up the portal? I am not able to get into it. Is there a way to set up the forms from inside the openemr install? I am referring to the onsite portal.
