Tony Todd, Law and Order

Tony Todd is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Sanctuary" as Reverend Ott. Todd is known for his cult status amongst horror and sci-fi fans. He is known for his role as the Candyman in the Candyman film series (with Vanessa Williams, Virginia Madsen, and Xander Berkeley in the first film). He also lent his voice to the characters of The Fallen in the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (with Robert Foxworth, Kevin Dunn, and Julie White) and Zoom on the 2014 TV series
