The Shotgun is a ranged weapon that can be found at 1 location in Sons of the Forest. It can be obtained by digging up the Operative's Grave marked on the map by a GPS tracker. The shotgun can be upgraded with an attachment rail and a Flashlight or Laser Sight. The shotgun uses Shotgun Shells. Look down and press R to change ammo types, similar to the bow. The shotgun has 8 shots before needing to reload. You can mount a laser / flashlight to the side of the rail, so long as you can find a rail
