Metacritic to introduce stricter review system following

Recently, the new DLC expansion Burning Shores for Horizon Forbidden West sparked controversy among players and received a barrage of negative reviews on Metacritic website, mainly due to the LGBT content which disappointed many players. However, the escalating comments caught the attention of Fandom, the owner of Metacritic, who announced that their team is assessing the reviews and will remove any violating comments that include racism, gender discrimination, homophobia, or personal attacks. They also stated that they will introduce a more stringent review system within a few months.
