Payment Terms

All our items require a down payment of 10%. This down payment is a non-refundable deposit to be able to reserve your order for an item during it’s production.

The non-refundable deposit will normally be a down payment of 10%.

24 hours grace period applies if you disagree with the terms of your order and you should cancel without penalty. The non-fundable deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment plan cancellation:
The non-refundable deposit is placed to secure your order and will be applied as a cancellation fee.
A cancellation fee is applicable irrespective of whether the cancellation as processed by heroes Journey Collectibles or the customer.

Should you cancel an item you have paid for in full a 10% cancellation fee with be applied.
