Yesterday -- after a bit of waiting -- Bethesda finally enabled mods on the Xbox One version of Fallout 4, giving console players access to an expansive and bizarre world that PC players have had for years. That means new weapons, that means cheats, that means premade settlements and all manner of new strangeness. Right now, only Xbox One and PC players have access to mods, however. PS4 players should be able to follow suit within the month, if everything goes to plan
