Doctor Neo Periwinkle Cortex is the main antagonist of the Crash Bandicoot series. Despite being more of a scientist then a Sorcerer, he has used magic before such as Uka Uka's powers. He is the archenemy and creator of Crash Bandicoot. Dr. Neo Cortex and his lab assistant where working on an experiment known as Crash Bandicoot, only for the expariment to escape. In Crash Banidcoot, Dr. Neo sent his minions to fight against Crash until he had to fight Crash himsef, only to lose the battle. Dr. N
